Ben Pensack

Ben, a California attorney, earned a bachelor’s degree in pre-law from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He subsequently earned a law degree from Pepperdine University and upon passing the California Bar exam in 1999, immediately founded Pensack Sports. Ben has been an NBA-certified agent since 2000 and has negotiated a vast number of contracts with NBA and overseas teams. Through the years, Ben has developed extensive contacts with NBA scouts and general managers as well as high-level overseas team executives. It is in large part due to Ben’s hard work, diligence, and commitment to his clients that Pensack Sports has become a trusted and well-respected name in the sports agency business.

Adam Pensack
President

Adam has been a key component of Pensack Sports since its inception. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Davis and went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from San Francisco State University. Throughout his tenure at Pensack Sports, Adam has developed a thorough understanding of athlete representation on an NBA and international level. Adam’s in-depth knowledge of business and contract negotiation, as well as his mastery of quantitative and statistical analysis, have proven to be invaluable assets that have significantly benefited Pensack Sports and its clients.

Philip Edwards
Vice President of Marketing

Philip leads all marketing initiatives at Pensack Sports. He earned a bachelor's degree from Sonoma State University where he began to hone his marketing skills. Since graduating from college Philip has held several positions with various companies where he led new business development initiatives, managed large sales teams, and developed and implemented numerous marketing and branding campaigns. Philip's experience in various industries has added a new dimension to Pensack Sports' marketing efforts and his presence has had a measurable impact on the success of Pensack Sports and its clients.
